Thank you for considering Elizabeth Jenkins Photography for your newborn and baby photography session. I strive to capture your littlest bundle of joy in a classic and timeless manner, whether that be just of your new baby itself, or to capture your expanding family. I capture images the way I would want my own daughter to be photographed-beautiful, heart-warming, and unique.
Newborn photos are generally taken when babe is is between seven to fourteen days of age, as they are more sleepy and curl up easily. If you missed out on booking a session and your baby has already arrived and is older than this, don't fret as I don't need babe to full within the two week window. The older (up to three months at time of session) newborn photos are just as beautifully and we can often capture them during an awake period too.
Newborn photography sessions are held in my in-home studio in Palmerston, East Otago, an easy 35 minute drive from Dunedin/ 40 minutes from Oamaru.
I utilised the highest quality props/outfits/accessories sourced both internationally and locally to compliment your portraits of your newest arrival.
As a mother myself, I know how important it is to keep your little bundle as safe as possible that is why I am up to date with my vaccinations, including whooping cough and COVID-19.
Bookings are essential as I only taken on a limited amount of newborn session per month and will be tentatively booked based on your due date. Once your baby is born you can contact me and we will schedule your session. This allows me to guarantee that I’ll have time available for you no matter if your baby arrives early or late.

Simplicity Session
