STEP ONE: BOOKING PROCESS
If you have made it this far through the website then you are probably thinking we are a great match to capture your special memories together-the next step then is to hit the CONTACT button above or email hello@elizabethjenkinsphotography.com so that together we can discuss your session and the packages and products I offer here at Elizabeth Jenkins Photography.
A $150 deposit is due at the time of booking, and your reservation is not confirmed until this deposit has been paid in full. After your reservation is locked in, it is time to start getting excited about the magic we will create together! Leading up towards your session you will receive via email information on how to prepare for your session, as well as other tips and tricks.
STEP TWO: YOUR SESSION
Sessions are either held in my small in-home studio in Palmerston, East Otago or in a variety of stunning outdoor photography locations between Oamaru to Dunedin. Outdoor sessions generally are held during 'golden hour' (one hour before sunset, or one hour prior to sunrise if you're an early morning kind of person!), as this is when the light is most beautiful and is reflected in my outdoor photography portfolio.
We will work together to select the perfect time and location for your session. Session duration is generally forty five minutes to one and a half hours long (excluding 'Classic' newborn studio sessions which are generally 2-3 hours).
Prior to your session we will discuss via email or over the phone the details that are important to you and your family/partner/child that you would like me to focus on. Examples of this would be "we would like the main focus to be on the children during our family shoot, but we would like to jump in for a few photos" or other details like and "I'm actually planning to propose to my girlfriend during our photoshoot!"
STEP THREE: AFTER YOUR SESSION
After the session it is time for you to sit back and relax whilst I get into editing your beautifully captured memories.
Once your gallery has been edited we will arrange a time for your image reveal appointment.
STEP FOUR: IMAGE REVEAL & ORDERING APPOINTMENT
The part your have been waiting for! At your image reveal & ordering appointment we will go through your beautiful gallery and from there you will make selections on the images you would like to include in your chosen package, as well as design any your print products you would like to order.
Please ensure that all decision makers are able to attend the scheduled image reveal & ordering appointment.
